DAILY ROOM RATES

(The following rates and fees do not include 13% hotel occupancy tax)

 

SINGLE ROOMS (1 Queen Size Bed): 

With one person occupying the room - $34.50

With two people occupying the room - $39.50

 

KING ROOMS (1 King Size Bed): 

With one person occupying the room - $36.50

With two people occupying the room - $41.50

 

DOUBLE ROOMS (2 Queen Size Beds): 

With up to two people occupying the room - $42.50

With three people occupying the room - $47.50

With four people occupying the room - $52.50

 

ADDITIONAL CHARGES:

$5.00 for each additional guest beyond what is listed above.

 

A $10 per hour fee applies to late check-outs from Noon - 2 p.m. The daily room rate is charged if you are still in the room after 2 p.m.

 

Damage fees are based on what happens, and will be at the sole discretion of Legends Inn, Inc.

 

PET FEES:

For each dog that travels with you and weighs under 15 pounds, the daily fee is $10.00 plus tax.

For each dog that travels with you and weighs over 15 pounds, the daily fee is $15.00 plus tax.

For each cat that travels with you, the daily pet fee is $25.00 plus tax. A $25 refundable deposit may also be required.

You are responsible for any damages your pet causes. If your dog is not well trained, please bring a kennel to help avoid problems. All cats must be kept in kennels! If he or she has accidents on the carpet or you bathe your pets in our bathtubs, there will be a minimum charge of $25 to pay for shampooing the carpet. If you bathe your pets in our bathtubs, there will be a minimum charge of $25 to cover the extra time it takes our housekeepers to clean the bathroom, shampoo the carpet and eliminate the wet pet smell. At this time, there are no plans to increase room rates, but as you know, most costs just keep going up. Any reservation made over 60 days in advance is not guaranteed at the current rate.

WHAT IS INCLUDED IN YOUR ROOM RATE:

Each room includes wireless internet and satellite television -Direct TV 100 plus channels- as well as a small refrigerator, microwave and alarm clock. Complimentary coffee and pecan rolls are served each morning in the lobby. There are BBQ grills and picnic areas that guests are welcome to use, and you can fill your regular size ice chest for free.

 

For those who want to swim, the outdoor pool is open during the summer months. Pool towels are available at the pool so, unless you are going to the river while you are in Junction, there is no need to pack beach towels unless you just want to. 

 

Ladies, be sure to bring your own cloths for makeup removal. Makeup and lipstick ruins white towels and linens as does BBQ sauce, orange and red drinks, Koolaid, most beverages, grease, etc.. Rooms are stocked with rags in case you need to clean up spills, your bike, shoes, dog, or whatever. Using these rags helps prevent damage to the fluffy white towels and soft white sheets. Just so you know, Legends Inn will charge guests for any items that are damaged during their stay. Guests are also responsible for others who might visit them at Legends Inn.

 

Each queen size bed has two standard size pillows and the king beds have three standard size pillows. If you need extra pillows, just ask when you check in.

 

Local phone calls are free. Long distance calling is only available by calling collect or using a phone calling card. Most people just use their cell phone.

 

WHAT IS NOT INCLUDED:

Legends Inn is all about economy lodging and keeping room rates low for everyone.

 

Rooms do not have VCRs or Pay-Per-View movies.

 

Rooms are not stocked with coffee and coffee-makers. However, these items are available. If you want a coffee-maker in your room, just let the desk clerk know when you make your reservation. These are the 12-cup size that most of you have in your home. If you forget to bring your own coffee, filters, sugar, cups, etc., or would rather not bother with bringing them, set-ups are available for $1, and you will have a full pot of Folgers coffee to drink.

 

Wake up calls are not available, but there is an alarm clock in each room.

 

Rooms are not stocked with hair dryers, shampoo, conditioner or lotions. Since 99 people out of 100 travel with their own personal care items, this helps to cut costs and avoid waste. In case you forget your shampoo, we do have packets available. We also have a hair dryer and iron that you can borrow. It is a good idea to pack an extension cord if you use a hair dryer or plan on using an iron. Under no circumstance are guests allowed to iron on furniture, floors, or the countertop, or use any other kitchen or camping cooking appliance.

 

Travel tip: homemade wrinkle release = Mix 1 part Downy softener to 3 parts water in a spray bottle. Hang up wrinkled garment, spray with mixture, and allow time for wrinkles to release. This also doubles as a great air freshener, and is much cheaper than Fabreeze.

 

Legends Inn does not have public laundry facilities. However, there is a laundromat located just a few blocks down the road. Another one in town also offers wash and fold services.
