Discounted or economy lodging does not mean you have to sacrifice guest services. The Legends Inn offers you most of the same amenities that you might find at the larger franchise properties, yet you won't have to exhaust your budget to enjoy them.  We're not fancy or formal, but if you choose to stay with us you can enjoy a casual atmosphere, clean comfortable remodeled rooms, and excellent customer service - for up to half of what it could cost you elsewhere.

Basic amenities include wireless internet, full cable and local phone calls. Each room has a refrigerator and microwave and if you need a coffee-maker, just let us know when you make your reservation. Complimentary coffee and pecan rolls are served in the lobby each morning. There is also a BBQ grill and picnic area that you are welcome to use and, you can even fill your ice chest for free - without hassle. In fact, we encourage you to. The more ice the guests use, the more the ice machine has to make. This helps to keep fresh ice ready for everyone. For those who want to swim, our outdoor pool will open in May.

ROOM RATES

SINGLE ROOMS (1 Queen Size Bed): 

Daily room rates for a single room with one person occupying the room are $34.50 plus tax.

Daily room rates for a single room with two people occupying the room are $39.50 plus tax.

KING ROOMS (1 King Size Bed): 

Daily room rates for a king room with one person occupying the room are $36.50 plus tax.

Daily room rates for a king room with two people occupying the room are $41.50 plus tax. 

DOUBLE ROOMS (2 Queen Size Beds): 

Daily room rates for a double room with up to two people occupying the room are $42.50 plus tax.

Daily room rates for a double room with three people occupying the room are $47.50 plus tax. 

Daily room rates for a double room with four people occupying the room are $52.50 plus tax.

ADDITIONAL CHARGES:

For each additional guest beyond what is listed above, there is a charge of $5.00 plus tax.

A $10 per hour fee applies to late check-outs from Noon - 2 p.m. The daily room rate is charged if you are still in the room after 2 p.m.

PET FEES:

The daily rate for each pet that travels with you is $5.00 plus tax. There is also a $25 refundable deposit required. You are responsible for any damages your pet causes. If your pet is not well trained, please bring a kennel to help avoid problems. If he or she has accidents on the carpet there will be a minimum charge of $25 to pay for shampooing the carpet. We ask that you not bathe your pets in our bathtubs. If you do, there will be a minimum charge of $10 to cover the extra time it takes our housekeepers to clean the bathroom and eliminate the wet pet smell. THE ABOVE RATES ARE CURRENT YET SUBJECT TO CHANGE

At this time we don't anticipate a rate increase anytime soon but, as you know, utility costs just keep going up. As well as everything else involved in the cost of doing business. Therefore, any reservation made over 60 days in advance is not guaranteed at the current rate.

GROUP RATES:

Your valid credit card is required to book a reservation and guarantee that you will arrive on the day of that reservation.

To help protect your personal information, we only accept phone reservations, which are simpler, safer, more secure and will be processed and confirmed in about two minutes. Please phone during office hours -8 a.m. - 10:30 p.m - for reservations or inquiries. If you need a coffee pot in your room please let us know when you make your reservation. If you will be arriving at our hotel after 10:30 p.m. please call in advance so that we can make arrangements to accommodate you. 

CANCELLATION POLICY:

For Sunday - Wednesday reservations - a 24 hour advance notice is required.

For Thursday - Saturday reservations - a 48 hour advance notice is required.

If your plans change and the Legends Inn does not receive your notice of cancellation (by phone) within the above time frames your credit card will be charged at the normal room rate.

Legends Inn must enforce this policy - we only have 27 rooms to rent, the majority of our business comes through advance reservations and we're often booked at capacity. This requires us to turn away other business because of reservations due to come in. So, unless we know in advance that you are not going to show up, the room does not get rented to anyone else and you are responsible for the room charge.

PRIVACY POLICY:
The Legends Inn is strongly committed to protecting your personal information, your privacy, and your safety while you are staying with us. Management is on the property 24/7 to handle any type of emergency.

If another person is arriving before you and will need a key to your room, you must contact us in advance to make this arrangement.

While you are staying at Legends Inn, we do not give your name or room number out to anyone else unless you have asked us to.

Office hours are 8 a.m. - 10:30 p.m. Phone calls are not transferred into your room after 10:30 p.m. unless it is an emergency situation. If you want others to be able to contact you between 10:30 p.m. and 8 a.m., please give them your cell phone number in advance. We appreciate your consideration of our time as well as our need to sleep.
