Owners and staff work as a team to provide you with high standards of customer service and squeaky clean rooms. When you check in, Kevin, Denise, or one of the desk clerks on staff, (Shana or Machelle) will greet you and answer any questions you might have. If you will be traveling with pets or if there is something special you will need (i.e. coffee pot, extra pillows, a bed for the dog, etc.) please let staff know when you make your reservation. This allows plenty of time for the housekeepers (LeAnne, Tammy and Sissy) to prepare for your visit. They usually finish all of their work before 2 p.m.

NOTE FROM OWNERS:

Legends Inn is a small family owned & operated business. We do all we can to keep your room rates low while still providing exceptional services. We love the fact that the internet provides new ways to reach people like yourself but, we have found that many people think all motels stay open 24 hours a day and have around the clock housekeepers and desk clerks. Not true for small mom & pop motels. We have a part-time staff - housekeepers leave before 2:00 p.m. and office hours are 8 a.m. - 10:30 p.m. (Around the clock staff could be hired but, the extra expense would prevent us from offering you low room rates and, chances are, the extra staff would just be sitting there twiddling their thumbs during those wee hours while most people are sleeping. What a waste that would be.) 

As owners, we work long hours and are on the property 24/7. We assure you that our motel in Junction is safe and, you will be too. Kevin is a former police officer and Ginger is a great watch dog. Guests can reach us anytime by simply dialing "0". However, we do appreciate your consideration of our need to sleep. We ask that you please give your cell phone number to family and friends if they will be calling between 10:30 p.m. and 8 a.m.

If you will be arriving at our hotel after 10:30 p.m. just call in advance and we will be happy to make arrangements for your arrival.

CHECK IN TIME: 2:00 p.m.         
If you plan to arrive earlier, please let us know in advance so your room will be ready for you.
CHECK OUT TIME: 11:00 a.m.
If you need a later check-out, please notify office staff before 9 a.m.  A $10 per hour fee applies to check-outs from Noon - 2 p.m. The daily room rate is charged if you are still in the room after 2 p.m.

RESERVATION POLICY:

Your valid credit card is required to book a reservation and guarantees that you will arrive on the day of that reservation and stay for the number of days you have reserved the room.

To help protect your personal information, we only accept phone reservations, which are simpler, safer, more secure and will be processed and confirmed in about two minutes. Your credit card is not charged until the day of your reservation.

Please phone during office hours (8 a.m. - 10:30 p.m) for reservations or inquiries. If you need a coffee pot in your room or extra pillows, please let us know when you make your reservation. If you will be arriving at our hotel after 10:30 p.m. please call in advance so that we can make arrangements to accommodate you. 

CANCELLATION POLICY:

For Sunday - Wednesday reservations - a 24 hour advance notice is required.

For Thursday - Saturday reservations - a 48 hour advance notice is required.

If your plans change and the Legends Inn does not receive your notice of cancellation (by phone) within the above time frames your credit card will be charged at the normal room rate.

If your plans change after you have checked in and you will not be staying for the number of days you have reserved a room, a 24 hour advance notice of departure is required.

Just so you know why Legends Inn must enforce this policy - we only have 27 rooms to rent, the majority of our business comes through advance reservations and we're often booked at capacity. This requires us to turn away other business long before the reservations are due to come in. So, unless we know in advance that you are not going to show up or stay for the number of days you have reserved the room, the room does not get rented to anyone else and you are responsible for the room charge.  

PRIVACY and SECURITY:
The Legends Inn is strongly committed to protecting your personal information, your privacy, and keeping you safe while you are staying with us. 

If another person is arriving before you and will need a key to your room, you must contact us in advance to make this arrangement.

While you are staying at Legends Inn, we do not give your name or room number out to anyone else unless you have asked us to.

Owners are on the property 24/7 to handle any type of emergency. You can also rest assured that Junction does not have the crime problems that are typical in the cities. The local Police Department does a fine job patrolling our streets and watching our properties around the clock. If they see anything suspicious, they don't hesitate to check it out. As mentioned before, Kevin is a former police officer. He will not hesitate, either. Nor will Ginger. She can smell trouble a mile away.
